We are a market research and brand strategy consultancy.

We have a variety of tools, skills and partnerships to draw on to help you answer your questions big and small. Tell us what you are hoping to learn, and we’ll help you figure out the best way to do it.

Strategy and research are like peanut butter and jelly — they make one another taste better.

If you agree that strategy is about assessing situations, identifying opportunities and then executing a plan to seize them, you’ll love working with us. We’ll interrogate the research you have to help you figure out the next best step to answering your questions and formulating your plan. We’ve been helping agencies win pitches and serve their most important clients with strategic research for a decade.

Data Driven

We LOVE numbers, but also love a good chat.

To us, a fresh data set is better than a best-selling novel. That’s why we remain small, because we want to design, manage collection, analyze and report survey data, not send it out for “processing.” We’ve got big research company tools and panel relationships, but we give your teams high-touch service and your data personal love and attention that you won’t get from bigger companies. From segmentation to creative concept testing, we’re ready for your study.

Our moderator, Sue LaRue, is RIVA trained and award-winning. She has conducted hundreds of focus groups and individual interviews across a wide range of categories and in a variety of environments.

OUR CLIENTS

We work with agencies.

We love agencies; after all, that’s where we grew up. And they like us too. We help them pitch new business – either through freelance strategy or quick-turn research. We help them serve their clients on an ongoing basis as a white-labeled part of their teams or as a collaborative and strategic research partner. Ask us and we’ll tell you about how we’ve only worked with the best.

We work with brands.

We love our brand clients too. We measure their brand equity, help them find differentiating positions, explore new product ideas and answer all kinds of other questions that keep them up at night. We have been fortunate enough to work with marketers directly and through agencies across a wide range of categories including, but not limited to, automotive and mobility, loyalty, dining, health care, packaged goods, financial services, retail, B2B and travel. When brand teams need an objective point of view with an understanding of their challenges, they turn to us.
